TUMI is what we would call a full service, lifestyle brand---that includes a very large line of carry-alls for every occasion.
At the recent media preview---Tumi introduced their Spring 2012 hard case Vapor line-that is super lightweight and very tough...even airline tough though they are too nice to check away.

The Alpha collection has a delux weekend/carry-on bag-we think works as a great gym bag too-lots of compartments with adjustable shoulder straps, made of ballistic nylon.

Tumi has a series of luggage pieces-a collab with Italian sleek motorcycle maker Ducati...lots of hauler options including laptop messenger, compact brief, sport duffle, and wheeled pieces.
This collection of hard case wheeled/carry-on luggage is made from Tegra-Lite™-a material that is virtually indestructible and no doubt-bullet proof. Its actually the woven material used in NFL protective gear. Interesting -we were told it is actually a film-woven into materials-woven into sheets-then made into luggage-layered 6-8 times. Wow.
Tumi is the first to bring this material into the travel industry---and it weighs, like nothing. ($545-$895)
